By using this website to book an appointment, check in, or look up loyalty points at Nancy Nails, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments

Booking a time slot online or checking in through our kiosk reserves your place with Nancy Nails. We do our best to honor your requested technician and time, but availability may change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment using the link provided in your booking confirmation, or by calling us at 770-399-4330.

Text messages and calls

By providing your phone number, you agree that Nancy Nails may contact you by SMS text message and/or phone call regarding your appointment, including reminders and confirmations. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by calling us at 770-399-4330.

Loyalty program

Loyalty points are earned automatically based on completed, paid visits and tied to your phone number. Points have no cash value and are redeemable only at Nancy Nails under the terms shown at the time of redemption. We may change the loyalty program's rules at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
